Allowing the Identity to Die and Being Reborn

12 Months

In this twelve-month course you are invited into a deep and radical exploration of identity, personality, and the nature of true transformation. From early childhood, each of us is shaped by layers of conditioning; family, education, culture, belief systems - until a sense of “who I am” is formed. Over time, this identity becomes our psychological home, the story we live inside, and the lens through which we experience reality. Yet this identity, while familiar, is only a tiny fragment of who we truly are. This course explores the profound insight that much of human suffering arises from clinging to this constructed self. Liberation, in its deepest sense, does not come from improving the identity, but from being willing to let it dissolve. Like any true rebirth, something must first be allowed to die. Through sustained inquiry, reflection, and experiential exploration, this course supports you in loosening attachment to the “old self” so that a larger, freer, and more authentic way of being can emerge.

What You'll Learn

You will learn how identity is formed through conditioning, how the ego sustains psychological suffering, how resistance to change operates at a deep level, how to recognise attachment to the old self, and how genuine transformation arises through letting go rather than self-improvement.

Who Should Attend

This introduction is perfect for anyone seeking personal transformation, whether you're experiencing heartbreak, loneliness, addiction, or simply feeling a lack of purpose. No prior experience is necessary.
