This page allows users of the Academy of Alchemy app to request permanent deletion of their account and associated data. Please read the information below carefully before proceeding.

How to Delete Your Account

1. 1Open the Academy of Alchemy app on your device.
2. 2On the home screen, tap the hamburger menu (☰) in the top-right corner.
3. 3Select Delete Account from the menu.
4. 4Confirm your decision in the pop-up dialog.
5. 5Your account will be permanently deleted immediately.

Alternatively, you can request deletion directly from this page by clicking the button below (you will be prompted to sign in if not already logged in).

Data Deleted Immediately

• Your account profile (name, email address)
• Course progress and completion records
• Personal Alchemy session data
• Oracle and miracle ledger entries
• All other personal data associated with your account

Data Retained After Deletion

• Anonymised, non-identifiable analytics data may be retained for up to 90 days for internal reporting purposes.
• Transaction and billing records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by UK financial regulations.

Important: Active Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active subscription. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first via your device's App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) settings to avoid future charges. After cancelling your subscription, you may then delete your account.
