A New Code For Living (Overview)
A New Code for Living is a philosophical and practical inquiry into how we live, relate, and work in a time of profound global and personal transition. Emerging from more than forty years of therapeutic and contemplative practice - and crystallised during the early stages of COVID - this course responds to a deeper question many now find themselves asking: not how do I cope? but how do I live differently?
Rather than offering strategies, solutions, or fixed answers, A New Code for Living cultivates the inner conditions required for wiser living. It explores how inherited narratives, unconscious conditioning, and constant urgency shape our choices, often without our awareness. Through guided inquiry and contemplation, participants learn to pause, stay present with complexity, and allow understanding to emerge rather than be forced.
The course addresses modern depletion of nervous systems, relationships, and meaning - while inviting a shift from fear-driven decision-making to coherence, responsibility, and inner authority. Unity and interconnectedness are explored not as concepts, but as lived practices, translated into daily choices around work, relationships, care of the body, money, power, and responsibility.
A New Code for Living is not a method or belief system. It is an invitation into the unfolding of who we are becoming and into living in a way that no longer adds to fragmentation, but quietly contributes to coherence in the wider world.
