An Introduction to The Edge
My life has been full of edges: a critical illness where I didn't know if I'd recover, living in a home at risk of flooding, redundancy, and the everyday paralysis of hard decisions where I simply 'did not know'.
Over the years, I noticed that the most interesting, alive conversations in my work weren't about "best practice" or "the right framework". They were about what happens when our maps run out: When you're promoted into territory you've never navigated before, when a role or identity no longer fits, when the future really is unknown.
This course is inspired by the book 'Not Knowing' and you'll recognise some of its stories and ideas, but it goes beyond it in two ways:
- •It's practical and bitesized: 20 short video lessons, each with one core idea and stories, questions and practices that you can try in real time.
- •It's designed as an experience, not just content: you're invited to pause, reflect, and apply the ideas to live situations in your work and life, not just understand them intellectually.
